The Challenge
Grizzlies Softball Zoetermeer hosts the Grizzlies International Tournament every year. A full weekend of competitive softball. Clubs arriving from across Europe. Real atmosphere. Real sport. Real community.
What they lacked was content that could sell it to the people who hadn’t shown up yet.
They needed to grow. Document the weekend and turn it into something that works year-round. A recruitment tool. A sponsorship asset. A reason for new teams to register before the next edition even starts.

The Outcome
The aftermovie became the tournament’s digital calling card. Within 14 days it had crossed 2,500 views. No promotion. No boosting. Participants shared it themselves because it got the feeling right.
It reached beyond the existing community. New registrations came in from France, Germany, and England. Sponsors moved faster. Three pointed directly to the production quality as the reason they committed.
The club now has a visual identity strong enough to build on every single year. Content that works the moment the weekend ends and keeps working until the next one starts.
